Users of the dump site are using the nearby fresh (potable) water threaded faucet to rinse their dump hoses and waste tanks, unblock their toilets, etc. This is also true at the nearby westbound rest area dump station. As for the westbound rest area, a cleaner source of fresh water is the threaded faucet in the drinking fountain pedestal just west of the bathroom buildings.
