Entered into a chat conversation for a wheel hub on Tuesday. Have spent about 2 hours chatting, on hold, and trying to place an order that should have taken about 10 minutes max. The on hold recording of “press 0 and leave number” didn’t work. ( tried about 20 times) was on hold for 40 minutes with no pick up and came to find out your store closed and I was left on hold. Promised 3 times someone would call me back to take my order-NO ONE ever has. It’s now 5 days later. Spencer and Bob were the 2 I was chatting with-check the chat trail. You get 0 stars.
